I'm happy to announce I will be guiding this weekend's Eastern Sky Co-op's (ESC) Rise and Flow Yoga class. This session takes place on Saturday, July 29, at 10 a.m.

Get ready to energize your body and your mind through balancing practices during this early morning flow. Sound Bath meditation included.

ESC is located inside the Hopeloft building located at 40 E. Commerce St., Bridgeton. Energy exchange is $10 cash/Venmo.
