Yoga Returns to RRCA

Blessings All!
I will, once again, be guiding Yoga classes at the #RiverfrontRenaissanceCenterfortheArts (RRCA) beginning on Monday, April 10. The class is called Art of Yoga: Exploration.
These classes will occur every Monday at 6 p.m. until the end of the year. In this updated version of 2022's Art of Yoga at RRCA, we will explore more ways to harmonize with our inner and outer nature via various empowering and uplifting self-care methods.
Energy exchange is $10 per class. The RRCA is located at 22 N. High St., Millville.
